Return & Refund Policy

At Noble Timber, customer satisfaction is our priority.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories and components.

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged through misuse, or customized cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include photographs of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged area

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed products

  • Custom-made products

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders must follow our return process.
